If auditioning, it is highly recommended that you download and complete the forms below. Applicants must complete a Summer Intensive Application/Registration Package. Space is limited for the Summer Intensive Program. Upon notification of acceptance and level placement, a Registration/Acceptance Package will be mailed to you. Applicants should complete and return the Acceptance Letter, Medical Forms and any other required documents and fees as soon as possible.
TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE Upon acceptance into the school, the Registration Fee for the program is $35.00. Tuition and Fees must be paid in full by: May 12, 2008. PAYMENT Option 1: Pay in full or: Option 2: Enter our two payment Installment Plan: One-half of the tuition is due by April 11, 2008.
The balance is due by May 12, 2008. TUITION ASSISTANCE DTHS gives a very limited number of Tuition Assistance Awards to students during the Summer Intensive Session. Awards are given based on a combination of talent and/or need. METHOD OF PAYMENT
We strongly encourage parents to send payments via Certified, Priority, or Express mail. All payments should be made payable to: Dance Theatre of Harlem Inc. DTHS DOES NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Mail to: Dance Theatre of Harlem School REFUND POLICY Refunds will be issued only in the case of withdrawal from Dance Theatre of Harlem School. Based on the following criteria:
Housing: Students are responsible
for making arrangements for their own housing. DTHS will provide a list
