BINELLI-FERMAN DUO 


World-class musicians Daniel and Polly Ferman have United their talents to develop and further the appreciation of the Tango,
Milonga, Candombe and other Latin American Musical forms in the rarely heard partnerships of the Bandoneon and Piano. 
The Binelli-Furman Duo has performed as soloists with: San Francisco, Colorado, Vancouver Symphonies, Eskisehir Symphony (Turkey)
Hong Kong Chamber Orchestra, Montevideo Philharmonic (Uruguay), and many others.

POET MANUEL ADRIÁN LÓPEZ

Excerpts from "El arte de perder/The Art of Losing" recited in Spanish and English (Eriginal Books, 2017):

Manuel Adrián López was born in Morón, Cuba in 1969. He is a bilingual poet and writer. His work has been published 
in various literary journals in Spain, United States and Latin America.  He is a recipient of the Florida Book Awards (2013) and his poetry is published in multiple anthologies such as 
La luna en verso (Ediciones El Torno Gráfico, 2013), Todo Parecía, Poesía cubana contemporánea de temas Gay y lésbicos (Ediciones La Mirada, 2015), Voces de América Latina Volumen II, etc.

DANCE THEATRE OF HARLEM SCHOOL


JOSÉ LIMÓN  PROFESSIONAL STUDIES PROGRAM

The Professional Studies Program (PSP) is a 9-month intensive course of study designed to train and educate dancers 
in the traditions of the Limón Dance Company’s founders. The program combines daily classes in Limón Technique, 
repertory workshops, special workshops and lectures to provide an in-depth experience of the Limón/Humphrey heritage.


VALERIA SOLOMONOFF, RODNEY HAMILTON

Valeria Solomonoff  is the 2017 Resident Fellow at the Center for Ballet and The Arts at Tisch, NYU. She twice received the HOLA choreography 
awards for "Tango Fever" for "Doña Flor y sus dos maridos" and two ACE nominations for "Tango Intimo" and an ACE choreography award for 
"Tango por Ellos". She also received two awards as best soloist at the Argentine Dance Festival. 

Rodney Hamilton graduated from the Juilliard school and joined Ballet Hispanico of New York where he was a principal dancer 
and assistant rehearsal director for 10 years.  Mr. Hamilton was a part of the national touring cast of Jesus Christ Superstar,
Hello Dolly with Carol Channing and worked with the Broadway cast of Tarzan.  Mr. Hamilton has taught ballet and modern all over the world.
