Dismissal Procedures

On Wednesday May 17th and Friday, May 19th students will be dismissed from inside the Marion Anderson Theatre at ADH, where our performances will be held. Parents will be invited into the theater after rehearsal at 8:30pm where they may have a seat and wait for their child’s class to be brought onstage. We ask that parents remain seated until their student’s class is dismissed, at which time you may approach the stage, sign out and pick up your student.  On Thursday, May 18th parents will wait in the lobby until their student’s class is dismissed. This is due to another performance taking place at ADH that day.

On Saturday May 20th, one family member will be asked to remain seated after each performance for dismissal. Students will be brought to the stage for dismissal according to Wednesday 5/17 and Friday 5/19 procedure. Students who are dancing in both shows will not be dismissed after the 2pm performance unless school staff has been previously notified by a parent to do so.

We thank you in advance for your patience and support as we work to prepare our students for two successful performances!

See you all at the theatre!
