This class is for adults who want to learn ballet and/or develop the basis of technique. We will explore the fundamental concepts of classical dance through a fun and creative approach, while developing strength and flexibility, and exploring the pleasure of dancing!
Advanced Beginner /Intermediate Ballet
Prepare to have fun! A traditional ballet class framework filled with attainable Intermediate Level exercises that build in complexity and endurance throughout the class. We will review fundamentals, vocabulary and body alignment through a scientific sense, while building strength and mastery. Please dress comfortable and be ready to move.
A class designed to increase the physical range of the student through stretching, flexibility, and strengthening exercises for the upper and lower body as well as the core. Emphasis is placed on rhythm dynamics, breathe, moving in space, and cardio. All levels welcome!
