This introductory Ballet class focuses on learning and executing basic ballet terminology and understanding ballet placement and rotation. Students developing strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and coordination in a safe, fun, uplifting environment.

Presented in partnership with the Djoniba Drum & Dance Centre, students learn traditional dances and rhythms and how to understand the language of the drums in a rigorous, energetic workout

Ballet Basics | Quinton
Tuesday 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Explore the fundamentals of ballet in a fun, laid-back environment. Ballet Basics focuses on correct alignment, increasing flexibility and range of motion, developing strength, articulation, and the joy of movement. Appropriate for beginners and those who’ve been away from ballet for a while.
Jazzercise | Wingo
Tuesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm

This upbeat, sweaty, fun workout combines the basics of jazz dance and aerobic exercise, with an emphasis on building strength, endurance, and range of motion. No previous dance experience necessary.
Salsa | Rojas
Saturday 11:30am – 12:30pm
Build your confidence and spice up your dance moves with our Salsa Classes . No experience necessary because due to its accessible steps and supportive social nature, Salsa is perfect dance style for beginners.
African | Djoniba Dance & Drum Centre
Saturday 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Feel the rhythm of the drums and learn traditional dances in a rigorous, energetic workout presented in partnership with the Djoniba Drum & Dance Centre.
