Join his FREE Beginner/Intermediate Ballet Class on YouTube tonight, Thursday, November 12th, 6:30pm – 7:15pm EST.

This is open Beginner/Intermediate ballet class is designed for adult students of all levels of training. Attention is given to correct body alignment, placement at the barre and the center. The class will build strength and flexibility through repetition of combinations given in slow and moderate tempos.

Ronald K. Alexander is a dance administrator, dance educator, an advocate and activist for the arts. He has performed with the following ballet companies:  The National Ballet of Canada, in Toronto, Canada, the Frankfurt and Hamburg Ballets in Germany, and the Metropolitan Opera Ballet in NYC, among others. Teaching credits include: The Ailey School, Harlem School of the Arts (Chair and Faculty) in NYC, the Nutmeg Conservatory (Principal and Faculty) in Torrington, CT, the Youth Arts Academy, Restoration Corporation, (Director and Faculty) in Brooklyn, NY, the Joffrey Ballet School, the French Academie of Ballet, and the Marymount, Lehman, and LaGuardia Community College Dance Departments in NYC,  among others.  Choreography credits include numerous universities, colleges and schools including Hamburg Ballet, Clark Center for the Performing Arts, the Alpha-Omega Theatrical Dance Company, the Dance Theatre of Harlem School in NYC, and the Warner Theatre in Torrington, CT. among others. He has a Masters of Fine Arts in Dance from New York University, the Tisch School of the Arts, NYC.
